Pangasius Bocourti and Pangasius Hypophthalmus are the native fishes which have been bred in ponds, and cage along the Mekong river of Vietnam for a long time. They have strong points: white meat, sweet flavour. The quantities and export value have increased lately and pangasius hypophthalmas has been replacing some white meat sea fish that are becoming exhausted. Pangasius Hypophthalmus has been exported into 60 countries in the world. It is said that pangasius industry has gained amazing development quickly.

Conforming to strict rules of HACCP, frozen pangasius fillets of our company, STS, have been processed and packed in a fresh condition with 3 popular pangasius fillets: white, pink and yellow meat. Pangasius is a bred fish which has large quantities and is stabilized all year round.

Thanks to advantageous conditions from geographical position and effective management in accordance with International standards such as HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, BRC, IFS, STS has built a processing system of closed Pangasius Hypophthalmus from rearing to processing.
